Inspired by Egghead Cobra's Spidersai original story, this work serves as a fan continuation of that timeline, one that may be canonised at the creator's discretion. The story follows Psylocke (Sai) and Spider-Man (Peter Parker) as Peter travels to Sai's village for the very first time. There, he meets the people who shaped her past, learns more about her childhood, and begins to understand the woman she has become. As old memories resurface and new bonds are formed, their relationship deepens - eventually leading to a significant first night together. This story takes place some time after Peter and Sai begin dating in Egghead Cobra's timeline (an event that has not yet occurred at the time of writing). It's been weeks since Jax abstracted. He's been confined to the big purple tent, devoid of any light, because darkness keeps him calm. The others visit when they can stand to, though it's not often. Pomni visits every night. She tells herself it's just to check on him, that they were friends, and friends do that sort of thing. But then she starts talking to Jax, or whatever is left of him, about everything and nothing all at once, and somewhere along the way she starts to notice things she can't explain. The way the creature goes still when she speaks. The way it tilts, almost imperceptibly, toward her voice. He's abstracted, and this shouldn't be possible, she thinks. That is, until Pomni begins to do her research and understand what abstraction really means- what it takes from a person, and more importantly, what it leaves behind. It's been 10 years since Pomni arrived in this wretched Circus, and, somehow worse, now she's stuck with all different people than when she first arrived here (save Kinger, somehow). Noticing how Pomni has become very withdrawn from her new friends and his adventures, Caine brings back the suggestion box, but with all new suggestions from the new cast of characters. Some of these suggestions, however, are actually pulled from the old suggestion box, reflecting the old cast in a way Pomni quickly realizes she isn't ready to handle. Some of these mini-adventures even still have the very same AI as those old adventures. Or... Are they AI?
