Ever since an event known as the Disaster, monsters and mayhem rule the world. There are those lucky enough to live inside the Fence, while those who don't, are treated little better than the beasts that they fear.

This story takes place one year later after the mystery twins' crazy summer in Gravity Falls. Summer has finally come again, and they are staying with Stan, Ford and the rest of the gang for another summer. As Dipper Pines is exploring in the forest with Ford's journal one day., he hears a soft noise, like somebody crying.... He finds an 18 year old boy tied up in the forest, crying an awful lot. Dipper was born blind and even though he always has Mabel there to help him he doesn't like asking for help and always does the things he can on his own. One day though a new kid comes to his school and unlucky enough to have all his classes with that kid. Dipper wasn't sure what but something was off about the new kid William. Bill ends up going too school in gravity falls bored out of his mind. He meets this kid named Dipper out of sheer luck. Dipper might possibly cure Bills boredom? A/N wow this is a shit summary.
