News of Ziva's death leaves a trail of fiery destruction behind, namely through Tony's heart. Paired with a stuffed pup named Kalev and a daughter he didn't know he had, Tony sets out in search of answers. What had Ziva been up to since she left NCIS? Why didn't she tell him about Tali? Were there any other secrets Ziva was keeping? And most importantly... Where is Ziva now?

The team is at work on a cold case when a shocking discovery is made. The entire NCIS and Mossad agencies are at stake, featuring the return of Parsons and an in-depth look at the David family. The team, specifically Tony and Ziva, frantically try and save the agencies while addressing their own personal feelings towards each other (tiva).
