Crashed on a strange world, Rook Baron and his team of 2 other Spartans must try to make contact with the UNSC. Along the way they will face great foes, strange creatures and make new friends... all while looking out for a short ODST with a strange case of PTSD. This book is a rewrite and possibly slightly different version of Fireteam Zulu, Mayday. also a big shout too @Freakskullz98. To me, you're a great inspiration! Hence some of the funny timeskip scenes. see you all there!

"So you a Spartan or something?" "Not really. I'm known as a Freelancer." "A gun for hire? Lame." "I'm not a gun for hire and my life is NOT lame." "Well, you're sitting behind bars aren't you? That's kind of lame." "Ok fine. What do you do then?" "I drop feet first into hell." *** ODST Lieutenant Lindsey McKenna has been serving on the front lines since the start. Dropping in from thousands of feet in the air to fight the Covenant that threaten to wipe out humanity. It's a life full of excitement, thrill, and danger.. But she wouldn't trade it for anything. But when a tragedy hits, the UNSC decides to transfer her to a major company known as Charon Industries to assist and protect from the Insurrectionists and the Covenant. Not only that.. but with a mission from ONI to find out the secrets of a fallen organization. It's not as fun as dropping from the sky, but it doesn't mean it's not going to be one heck of a ride. Highest ranking: #1 in ODST, #5 in redvsblue

Tell me, do you believe in monsters? Do you believe that if someone were to try hard enough that they could become one? Now, do you believe in heroes, the idiots who want to do everything in their power to save everyone? Would you be a hero if there were someone in need of help from a monster, or would you cower in fear while you watch helplessly as the one you wanted to save was ripped to shreds? This world we live in has fewer heroes than monsters, and the number is slowly but surely dwindling even further. There are even fewer people who walk with one hand dipped in the evils of the world, while the other is dipped in the foolish heroics of it.
