As they follow their own paths, that seem to take them ever further apart. As they cope with life without each other. And as they, ultimately, move on and forget.

John hasn't led a very exciting life. That is, until he meets Sherlock Holmes, his roommate at University. On the very first day of their new-found friendship, Sherlock manages to figure out John has PTSD, that his favorite author is mystery writer Agatha Christie, and that John's limp is psychosomatic. After a few weeks of knowing each other, John finally explains what has caused his PTSD induced nightmares without giving too much away, but will that be enough for Sherlock? John had been alone for three years after Sherlocks death. But, what will happen when the detective returns?

Sherlock is out of nicotine patches and his mood is, well you can probably imagine. John refuses to buy him patches because he was just out shopping. Instead he insists that Sherlock eats something and one thing leads to another and ends in a game, which both are far too willing to play.

After spending three years without his blogger, Sherlock finally believes it's safe to see him again. Watson's been depressed since Reichenbach, and starts to take drastic measures. Will Sherlock make it to his John in time? Or will Sherlock be too late? {written in poem form} {I wrote this after watching Reichenbach for the 16th time recently.... I was overcome by my Johnlock feels.}
