⚠❗WARNING: SEXUAL CONTENT AND BAD LANGUAGE⚠ Book 1 Jamal Allen, your typical Cali boy from Compton who is just trying to find his way through this thing we all call life. Like most males in this this time period of Compton, Jamal was inevitably choosen to have a tuff childhood since the day he was brought into this world. From not having a father around, to being the "Man" of his household at just 10 years old to now gangbanging with the infamous West Side Piru Blood Gang. Apart from having a mom and a little sister, Jamal never could call anyone his family for long. His love life was full of girls walking in and out of his bedroom in the morning. Although, Jamal didn't see himself as a playboy many could argue that he has a bit of a high sex drive. Truly, Jamal is both a fighter and a lover who just wants a Bonnie to his Clyde like lifestyle. Will he find her is the real question? I guess we'll have to find out and see.

"In this life of sin, most people are just looking to get rich, fuck, and brag. Me? I was just looking to survive. Get up each day and live what complicated of a life my deadbeat father and crackheaded mother gave to me. Sin poisoned me at a young age. Now it just runs in my blood" -Rowan Williams 🌺 [Book 2 to Royalty] Rank#5: June 5th Rank #6: June 2nd Rank #9: June 1st Rank #15: May 19th Rank #21: May 14th Rank #27: May 10th Rank #33: May 7th Rank #40: May 5th Rank #57: April 30th Rank #72: April 27th Rank #91: April 23rd Rank #143: April 21st Rank #378: April 18th Published: April 15th 2018

It's 2030 and the main threat has been neutralized in the dispute between Iraq and the US. After regaining control, thousands of troops are sent home for a job well done in serving our great nation. Among the crowd is a "mute" 23 year-old Montrell St. John, a New Orleans native who is seeking to return home after 5 straight years in the service. Looking forward to going home, he missed the smell of the Bayou, the taste of his mom's famous Gumbo, and in general the people who allowed him into their hearts when he was a 6 year-old orphan. As an orphan from France, he never really adapted to the American language, causing him to be mute 90% of the time and seen differently in the eyes of many. That percentage reduces to 70% depending on who's he's talking to however. It's no wonder he's elated to be finally going home to the people who understand him the most even without one flick of the tongue. Unfortunately, a lot has changed for his adoptive Haitian family during those five years and Montrell's homecoming couldn't have come at a worse time. Will the army vet get sucked into the tension? How has things changed? How will it resolve? This is NOLA. (New Orleans, LA)
