Kim Sang Hwa ist 12, lebt in Nordkorea und sucht etwas in ihrem Leben und ihre Eltern verheimlichen etwas vor ihr. Sie findet es heraus und interessiert sich sehr dafür. Kim wird von Liebe umgeben und fühlt sich nun vollkommen erfüllt, doch dafür zahlt sie einen Preis. Dieser Preis ist Angst, Geheimnistuerei und Gefahr. Ist sie bereit das alles in Kauf zu nehmen?
