These two were a couple literally out of this world. Due to Earth's standardized society, they might just have to adjust to that weird standard for couples in order to fit in. It wasn't a simple task though, with how very different their planet's customs were. Starling is used to being the dominating, independent, aggressive and rebellious one. She's considered the "boy" of the relationship. On the other hand, Cosmic is prim, proper, sassy and eloquent. He's what they call the "girl" of the relationship. With the mission to find the last royal blood-line of their destroyed home planet, they must find a way to fit in society. Or, would it be better for them to fight against those standards? Before all of this were to happen though, they must patch up their seriously broken relationship and of course, fix a few other million problems that hurdle their way along the journey. 2015-present© stxrblight

Her head smashed against the cold tile. She was crying, her tears flowing down her purple and yellow face; mixing with her blood on the floor. I can't remember a time when her milky white skin was without bruises. They were always there, the first-day red, second-day purple, third yellow. Sometimes a rare green. He yanked her up by her caramel brown hair and she winced in pain. Was her hair always so short? I think it used to be longer, maybe. I don't know. He dragged her to his room and she fell limp. Letting him tug and pull her like dead weight. Sometimes I thought she was dead. She would be happy then. He slammed the door shut. The sound reverberating through the empty house. After that the only thing I heard was grunts. She stopped making sounds long ago, I can't remember her voice. I scrunched my face, trying to remember her voice. Something she told me once long ago. What did she say? Oh yes, I remember. "Don't make the same mistake I did."
