Den Posten als Chef gab er Kunikida ab. Eines Tages geschah es, das Chuuya mit der Mafia die Agency überrannt und sie alle gefangen nimmt. Akutagawa, der mittlerweile Chuuyas Rechte hand ist, hat da seinen teil der Gefangenen übernommen und die anderen von Black Lizzard die anderen.
