NOTE - Both of my notes from my first AxeTale Story, "AxeTale - The Full Story" apply here, this is my own take on the AxeTale AU so there are some differences and the other being I am not big on the Frans part of AxeTale, but it is an important part of it, and they're both of age in this AU, so I will write it accordingly NOTE 2 - This is a prequel to my first AxeTale Book, so it will be connected to that one and lead into the events of The Full Story, you can either read this book first or second and still get the full picture Before The Story of Aliza... There was the story of Frisk... A human woman who fell underground and changed monsterkind forever... When the time came to break the barrier and save monsterkind from their confined prison... She couldn't do it... The only way to do it, was to sacrifice her own soul... And open the barrier that way... But Frisk couldn't bring herself to do it... She was too terrified of death... So she stayed underground with the monsters... With the death of the King to the malicious Flowey, the souls being locked away, Dr. Alphys trying her best to find an alternative way to break the barrier, and Queen Toriel returning to be in power... Frisk has a lot on her plate... Thankfully... She has people who will be beside her along the way... But this isn't just the story of Frisk.... This is the story of her lover... The monster she had dedicated her life to being with.... And how this all proved to become quite difficult for not just these two... But the entirety of monsterkind.... NOTE - I am not the creator of AxeTale nor do I own it's rights, this is my own retelling of the story of AxeTale. Sure, Some lore won't make sense at first, some characters being there won't make sense, but they can be explained away if you wish to make sense of it all- After an Anomaly presented itself, Ink and Error have disappeared seemingly from the picture, leaving the UnderVerse itself in a state of defenselessness... As such... This has led to calamities coming forth... Causing a collapse in the UnderVerse.... Something is making this all happen.... Core Frisk, the protector of the Omega Timeline and of AUs lost to time itself, by keeping such people alive in her void, along with allowing visitors... Error and Ink live outside of it all... Each keeping an eye on the timeline, for different purposes... But every now and then... There's a couple of AUs that catch their eyes, something out of the ordinary... Something... Odd... Either something downright strange, or something horrifying.. Usually there's your UnderSwaps... Unnerving Images have become something common on the internet, whether it be a terrifying image that gave you the chills or you saw it on a YouTube video that put happy music along with the image... Nearly everyone has seen one, this collection of short stories are dedicated to these images. I find unnerving or scary images and make a short story about either the dense lore it has, or if it doesn't have any make some lore up.
