He takes his gift for me up from the ground and hands it to me over the table. I take it from him and set it in front of me. I take out the tissue paper. There's a medium sized box sitting in the bag. I take it out and open it up. Inside is a bundle of envelopes tied up with a string. I take them out and observe them. I look at him with a questioning look. He bites his lip as he smiles. "They're letters. I started writing them to you a long, long time ago when I first realized that I liked you. Way back in senior year." He explains.
