It was something about you that stood out to me. They way you looked like you were having so much fun and didn't care what anyone else thought. The way your eyes sparkled in the stage lights. You don't look like you try hard to empress people, which is a good thing. Some of you hair is blue, which is my favorite color. And then when you yelled 'bye Toby' it made me feel like you maybe liked me. So I told Riley and he talked me into going and talking to you and umm....you were there for the rest.

Claire, a girl from a high-end suburb of New York City can relate with anyone who has had it all, only to have it all abruptly taken away from them. Ever since her dad's business fell apart, Claire has had to deal with a normal life of a teenage girl, with the added stress of her family life and the unknown future for herself. Moving to Florida to escape the high taxes in her town may be helping out the bills slightly, but it just makes Claire even more shaken up about her future.
