"Our kind is never safe. We are always in danger. We have to fight just to stay alive." In a world full of monsters, violent and aggressive beings, and half-told truths, there is only one place that is safe for a small group very special children. The "Black Warriors' Training Center" was founded to protect and train children descended from the line of the ancient gods who are also descended from the line of Egyptian pharaohs. They are outcasts of the wizard world as well as the demigod circle because it is thought that their blood is impure. With the incredible ability to wield magic, these demigods are the most hated and feared by all monsters; and, with the greatest threat of the ages hanging over their heads, these children have to do the impossible: conquer the forces of evil in order to preserve all human life.
