Bakugo is catching feelings for Kirishima but he's too afraid to tell him because he thinks all he's done in life is hurt people and that it'll hurt him. Soon enough he catches Hanahaki Disease but ignores it till he's forced to get surgery for it. Kirishima has feelings for Bakugo but is too scared to tell him because he thinks he'll get mad at him and ignore him for the rest of his life. He catches Hanahaki about a week after Bakugo does and decides to hide it from everyone. After Bakugo gets the surgery, he loses the ability to love Kirishima again which ends up causing him more pain until... (Also I don't own the cover art. Credits for that go to the original artist.)
