I was fifteen when my name was chosen at the reaping. Fifteen when I was forced to fight to the death in the Hunger Games. Only fifteen when I had to fight for everything I had ever known in the world. I was the intelligent tribute, the one who fought with strategy and intellect, a silent power I had always had ever since I could remember. I was too smart to die so young. I was the tribute that was too clever. COMPLETED ********** Author's Note Hi everyone! This is the story of Foxface, a silent, but strong, tribute of the 74th Hunger Games. The book takes the reader on Foxface's journey though the Capitol and the arena. I wrote this story because I have always thought that Foxface was an interesting character and wondered about what else she did in the Games besides what Katniss tells us in the book, so I decided to make it up how I imagined it myself. This is my first book, so please don't judge too much. I tried to write it to the best of ability, but that can only take me so far. Thank you so much for reading my Foxface fanfiction, and I hope you enjoy it as much I enjoyed writing it! Please note: This story is all true to the book with some things added from the movie. I did not add any random twists or change anything about the plot. I own nothing. This was all made possible by the Hunger Games written by the amazing writer Suzanne Collins.

The kingdom of Bayfell requires that every male and female must marry after he or she turns sixteen. Of course, not everyone loves this law, but the kingdom's population is dwindling. The Claiming is a ceremony in which one young man writes down the name of three women of his choosing, listing most preferable to least. At the event, the announcements are made of whom each man chose to be his wife. The woman does not get a say in it whatsoever. She is stuck with whoever picks her. Isabella Reyes is unfortunately sixteen, and she is terrified. She grew up in the Facility, a home for orphans born to women of the lower class. Little does she know that the claim that is made for her hand will change everything. *Disclaimer: If you think this is a werewolf novel, you are very much wrong! I didn't realize the title's connection to werewolf lore until MONTHS after I was halfway into it. But please, give it a try if you were fooled! It's a mixture of fantasy, romance, and dystopian that has yet to disappoint!* Book cover credits to @Teddy_Ninja Thank you so much for the brilliance you have created for my story!
