BEFORE YOU EVEN READ THE DESCRIPTION >> Let me just get something straight. This was the first fanfiction I ever wrote. It's riddled with run on sentences. The "romance" is portrayed horribly. I hate what I've done to both Rey and Ben's characters. The plot is horrendous. Therefore, the ONLY reason it remains on wattpad is because for some reason, people enjoy it. Whatever floats y'all's boats, I suppose. Here's the description for the book that I wrote mid-January: Set as an alternative plot line to The Last Jedi, Rey and Ben Solo's force bond serves as an anchor to tie their love together. Yin and Yang, the two are balanced with the force. But- how can they fight each other when they're so clearly connected? This story is my wistful thoughts and feelings expressed into a fanfiction plot point, set directly after Rey and Ben have fought the Praetorian Guards in Snoke's chamber. After the events in The Force Awakens, Rey starts her Jedi training with Luke Skywalker. Then she gets sent in a special mission: bring Kylo Ren back to the Light Side. She doubts that she will even survive their first meeting but is surprised by Ren's reaction.

This will be a Reylo AU fic. It will start after Snoke has been destroyed and everyone has gone on to live their own lives. How is everyone doing? Read on to find out.

Then Rey felt herself fall into a deep, un-peaceful, and dark sleep. Kylo Ren slowly glided away from her unconscious form. A tear, although invisible from the rest of the universe underneath his mask, fell down his cheek. Kylo Ren left the scene of the massacre, where he had just murdered dozens of former fellow Jedi padawans, at the academy his uncle had established. He didn't look back, for he knew that if he did, he would totally break...he would be torn apart. Please note that this story STARTS in the time while Kylo Ren/Ben is at the Jedi Academy and that this story was written directly after The Force Awakens! It does not include ANY of TLJ or TROS canon, please be aware of this as you read. Also I wrote this like 3 or 4 years ago, excuse my grammar mistakes. Yes, I know they're there. No, I will not be fixing them, I'm too lazy for that. Rey always saw something in Kylo Ren. A glimmer of the person he once was. She saw an equal on the opposite side so close, yet so incredibly far away. She knew what needed to be done. She needed to turn him but she didn't know that process would mean she fell in love with Ben Solo.

TLJ SPOILERS Kylo Ren is the Supreme Leader and is overseeing the construction of the 3rd Death Star at the same time the resistance is quickly rebuilding itself and Rey is becoming a more powerful Jedi. Whilst on a mission Kylo Ren crash lands near the resistance base only to find the one and only Rey. Will balance finally be brought to the force?
