Izuku Midoryia at the age of 4 was diagnosed as quirk less. Because of this he was always bullied and always got picked on. This didn't stop Izuku's dream though. Izuku always wanted to be a hero. He always wanted to be on the front lines to help someone in need. No matter how bad things seemed or how desperate the situation was. He wanted to be the hero who stands tall and strong with his morals and just values intact.

A one eyed man with a glowing eye like the stars hence the name. He is known for several things flight, speed, strength, tearing his victims apart with his bare hands and oddly enough never killing, but all that came from when he was just starting out. Now when a villain sees his eye they either pass out or surrender with not a drop of blood spilled. Despite this fact several heroes have decided to take him down but imagine the shock they'll get when they find him and find out who he is.

En esta historia Izuku si desarrollo un quirk el cual es controlar un rayo negro (que le permite manipular rayos negros y transformar su cuerpo en rayos para ir a otro lugar casi al instante pero este quirk hace que la pupila de izku brille como en la portada) pero al ver la negligencia de sus padres decidió no decirles nada. Izuku a visto de primera mano lo hipócritas que son la mayoría héroes que solo buscan fama y dinero. La personalidad de Izuku es una muy desinteresada y tranquila, el esta dispuesto a hacer lo que cea por lo que el cree que es lo correcto All for one no es un villano sino un antiheroe y el origino la doctrina del acerino de héroes pero en ves de salir a matar creo una organización que esta compuesta de personas que comparten sus creencias en la cual hay precio por la cabeza de personas ya sean héroes que buscan fama y dinero,villanos o civiles millonarios que de una u otra forma causen daño a la sociedad. Esta cede esta escondido y ni los héroes ,ni villanos saben su ubicación fem todoroki o shouka tiene la personalidad de shoto en el anime pero si usa su lado de fuego pero sigue enfadada con su padre izumi es la hermana de izuku la cual heredo el one for all y su actitud es un poco arrogante pero un instinto de héroe natural katzumi es igual que en el anime también le pegaba a izuku de pequeño ,pero el no usaba su quirk porque no quería que nadie lo sepa pero lo entrababa en secreto ellas 3 son las mejores de la clase 2-A(shouka es la mejor incluso puede vencer a izumi y katsumi juntas con cierta facilidad) y su generación tiene 16 años al igual que izuku
