Inspired (in my own way) by the song 'Dancing On My Own' by Robyn (but using the Kings of Leon cover version!) Cady Newham has been in love with her best friend, Dylan Nicholls, since Year 10, when Mr Pugh made them sit together in English. Her feelings were cemented when she kissed him on Halloween. Now that they're in their final year of school, and with the Sixth Form Ball happening tonight, it's time for Cady to tell Dylan how she feels. Cady's friends are going as a group and Dylan is expected to be there. But what happens when Dylan stands them (Cady) up? And what happens when it's revealed that all those pivotal moments in Cady's relationship with Dylan are revealed to be the workings of someone else? Does Cady love Dylan... or is it the last person she ever wanted to be in love with that's stolen her heart? (Found this in my writings archive and saw it was complete... thought: Why not?) Sarah, xx

Iris Giorgianni is no ordinary girl. She's living a double life: a neglected daughter at home, but a fighter on the streets. As the leader of The Sangue - one of the most wanted and well-known gangs in London - Iris has a reputation to uphold. Only, when one fight ends a life and leaves Iris seriously injured, her parents ship her off to Camp Juvy, where troubled teens are forced to rehabilitate their violent and criminal selves. Unusually for Levi, Iris isn't interested in the slightest; her aim is to return home to her gang and get out of Camp Juvy as soon as she can. But when Iris sees a familiar face and Levi's brother goes missing, Camp Juvy seems to be more mysterious than it seems, and both Levi and Iris are forced to discover a world full of hidden secrets. #2 IN TEEN FICTION 23/07/2020 #1 in badboy 11/09/2019 #1 in missing 30/09/2019 #1 in delinquent 03/02/2020 #1 in juvenile 20/02/2020 #2 in camp 11/09/2019 #5 in love 13/09/2019

As a small business amongst huge corporations, Florence and her parents struggle to make ends meet. However, they remain optimistic and happy. The coffee shop may not bring in much, but it's enough to keep them on their feet. But what happens when a group of dangerous Brooklyn mobsters force Florence's parents into giving them co-ownership of the shop? Crime boss and leader Wolfe Sterling takes a great interest in the tunnels that lead past the Espresso House cellar. Dirty business is what he's best at and dragging people into his dangerous (and illegal) activities are no bother. But things go sideways when he also takes a strange interest in Florence. (Sequel to 'Pranking the bad boy') "Ryder, let's go!" I called over to him. "Will you just wait?" he asked, looking up and smiling like a little boy. "For what?" All of a sudden there was a clap of thunder and rain started pouring down on us. I gasped but felt somehow comfortable. The rain was warm and engulfed us in a warm blanket. Ryder turned around to face me. I smiled at him and he smiled back in return. "You're unbelievable," I chuckled. Instead of answering, he walked over to me and tucked a wet piece of hair behind my ear before swooping down to kiss me. I clutched his soaked shirt in my hands and enjoyed this sweet moment. __________________ Ryder and Kennedy are in their senior year of high school. The school year has almost come to an end and as a surprise, the seniors are taking a three week school trip. France - Italy - Sweden Those are the choices they have. Well... not really choices. Their names are written on a piece of paper and chosen from randomly. Will they all go to the same place? What's going to happen if they don't? And even more importantly: what's going to happen if they do all go to the same place? __________________ Thank you to Ayiah_Jaddo for the amazing cover!!
