After the war Hermione is in invited back to Hogwarts to complete her seventh year along with Harry, Ron, Ginny and Draco. Ron and Hermione end their relationship and decide to be friends. Hermione and Draco have to spend a lot of time together as head boy and girl. Everyone distrusts Draco but Hermione believes he can change. Hermione is troubled by the events of the war and both she and Draco have frequent nightmares driving the two of them almost to the point of insanity. Mudblood. A foul name for a witch or wizard who has muggle parents. Otherwise known as muggleborns. Draco Malfoy hated that word and anyone who bears it. He bullied mudbloods and bloodtraitors alike as he put himself into a high pedestal-so high that no one can reach unto him- and climbed his way next to the Dark Lord himself. Together, they fought alongside evil during the wizarding war and together, they won. He, as the right hand of Lord Voldemort himself, became in charge of punishing those death eaters who ran away during the war. But along the way, he found out something about himself and it changed the way he looked at everyone and the way everyone looked at him.

Hermione Granger and Draco Malfoy couldn't be more different. She's quiet, polite, a role model to everyone she knows, and even those she doesn't, and the brightest student at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. He's arrogant, annoying and the trademark jerk that every Slytherin is rumoured to be. By respect for the ancient feud between Gryffindor and Slytherin, Draco and Hermione hate each other, rarely ever having contact except for the undying attraction they seem to have for each other - one that doesn't go unnoticed by the rest of the school. The pair do everything in their power to resist the urge, but sometimes fate has other ideas.

Yes it is a dramione story, set up a few years after the war. When the annual Hogwarts alumni ball brings everyone together, the last thing anyone expects is for Draco and Hermione to end up together in a bed-drunk. Lots of Dramione, baby and Draco moments n loads of fluff. Ron is not portrayed badly, I wouldn't even dream of it. There is a villain, there is mystery. My very first writing work.
