Cedric Diggory during his 6th year at Hogwarts was well known. But not as well known as you knew Cedric. Or how well you knew the future. As Cedric/Golden Boy's best friend and a seer, you knew a lot. Other than how to keep the secret of you being a seer and not ruining your relationship with your best friend, which most likely could be ruined because of your secret.
