When August's rise to fame tests his relationship with his girlfriend of three years.

Lani Love is 18 years old. She's moving from the islands Puerto Rico into her grandparents home. Lani lost her father to Melanoma Cancer. A year and a half after that Lani,her mother and siblings were in a car crash, only Lani survived. So Lani is forced to live this new life and make new friends. Surprisingly in a year she opened up to people, especially her grandparents. Just as things started to go good for Lani and she begin to trust people more, her life takes a dramatic turn.
