At her dinner party in her newly constructed house, Dr. Venus, the owner of Zoonie, is about to explain all. At least two years ago, Space City reported the arrival of a scout vessel belonging to a ruthless dictatorship-like species. On course for the planet Colevio, Fireball XL5 is dispatched to fend off the enemy invaders and prevent their fleet from entering anywhere close to our side of the universe... The sets of crafts are led to the planet itself - a world in which its civilisation, the Lazoon species live in the underground catacombs underneath the ocean world. It is here where we are first introduced to Zoonie. We are revealed to his siblings, his mother, and the rest of the world he grew up in. However, Steve and his friends are not the only extraterrestrial life forms to arrive on the planet. Once the invaders arrive and take over, nothing can stop them from taking over the Lazoon species and from there, the rest of the galaxy.
