In this world, wings are considered rare. There's a horrible hobby that's quite liked among rich people: Wing Collecting There's a rarity system. The most expensive, rare wings are pure white. USSR is the only person to figure out how to remove wings harmlessly and without damaging them, so winged countries are brought to him to get their wings removed.

The governments failed. The new generation has taken over. Everything was failing - from the economy to overpopulation. The world split into two sides; The Freedom activists and the Restoration. The Restoration, which was half of the world, decided that it was the people's fault that the world ended up that way - so, they came to the conclusion that keeping the rich alive was the only way, and killing the poor and homeless as a result. The Freedom activists, however, rescued those about to be killed. America, the leader of the FA, however, found out there was a third party. "Is that.. a bear?" "No, this is vodka. A few years before this story takes place, Soviet (USSR) stumbled upon a civilization of mermaids. He gained their trust, but betrayed them. He kidnapped their queen, along with a few others. He keeps them in aquariums in his house. The free mermaids moved, so that they wouldn't get caught either. They never forgave humans after this incident. ~*~ One day, while fishing, Russia gets caught in a terrible storm. He's thrown into the sea by a huge wave. Does a mermaid save him? Or does he die and the story ends right there? Haha, you have to read the book. I'm so mean.

However, America isn't as happy as he always seems, but Russia doesn't want to play therapist for the other country as he deals with issues of his own.
