Having backpacked around the world for the last 10 years and tasting all parts of society; learning languages, cooking local recipes, experiencing alternative lifestyles, and having short-lived relationships, this book of poetry looks at a six month period of the author's life while in south-east Asia and Europe. Not to mention that, yes, people can have bouts of depression in between all the excitement of being a world traveler. 'Part Two: Pensive' sees the author switching between questioning parts of life, and noticing the reality around him.

The screams that hurt even the deaf, felt by all, even the daft. Wait, To see the love that overcomes the hate, the love that prospers despite anyone's fate. So wait, to see this universe that exists, beyond you and beyond me. And wait, so we can look at the world with a few words that make a whole new meaning.
