In 2018, I had one of the worst years of my life. I went through fucking hell and back and as my memory fades of these events, I decided it would be good for me to write down the events that shaped me to be the person I am today. With that being said, this story is about the time I found myself locked away in an Australian Mental Health ward. So I would like to give a massive trigger warning as there will be mentions of self harm/self mutilation/suicide/anorexia and so on.
