A sweeping epic fantasy series full of mystery and adventure, rare jewels and mythical creatures. Ancient legends don't come back to life. Until they do... The vast, winged draykoni once ruled the skies of the Seven Realms, uncontested and unstoppable - so the stories say. But they are only tales. Aren't they? A shy young woman is about to learn that sometimes, even the most far-fetched story might prove to be the plain, simple truth. In book one, Draykon: When Llandry Sanfaer discovers a new type of jewel, her life changes forever. Wonderful and terrible, the gem exerts a strange influence over those who behold it. Soon people are dying for it - and Llandry herself becomes a target. This is only the beginning. In book two, Lokant: the long-vanished draykoni race have returned, but with them comes another mystery. Who are the enigmatic, white-haired sorcerers stalking the draykoni across the Worlds? And what do they want with Llandry? As war builds between humankind and draykoni, Lady Evastany must uncover the truth about her own unique heritage - before it's too late. In book three, Orlind: War has broken out between the humans of the Seven Realms and the long-lost draykoni race. As Llandry fights to defend her home, Eva begins a desperate quest into the heart of the mystical Lokant Libraries - a quest that will lead her deep into the mysteries of the long-lost Seventh Realm.

Farrah asked in a low voice, still clutching the outfit close to her body. Isen tapped a long nail against his hard jaw, trying to figure out an appropriate response to her question. He eventually shrugged, shaking his head like it wasn't important. "I have been here ever since the Purification." "What the hell?" I took a step closer to the mirror, staring at my reflection in disbelief. The person looking back was still me, but at the same time it wasn't. I had the same thick, dark, curly hair. The same hazel eyes. The same olive skin with a light dusting of freckles (ugh) scattered across the bridge of my nose. But my curls were now streaked with highlights. And not the subtle, golden-brown ones that sometimes appeared during the summer. No, these were an aggressive, dazzling blond that went from the roots of my hair all the way to the tips. It looked like I had spent a full day getting my hair done in some upscale salon. Never mind that I had never set foot in such a place since the day I was born. My eyes appeared somehow wider and more luminous. The colour brighter, my eyelashes darker up against them. And, when I looked closely, my pupils seemed to be slitted almost like a cat. I looked down at my body. My skinny arms-which had always refused to gain any definition no matter how hard I exercised-were lined with flat, wiry muscles. My bony shoulders were now curved and smooth. My scrawny legs were toned like a dancer. I reached down and lifted my shirt, revealing two subtle lines running vertically down my perfectly flat stomach, hinting at the rock-hard abs underneath. My whole body was rippling with strength. Like liquid steel.

Book 1 of The Depths Below trilogy. When Ronan was thirteen and started giving people electrical shocks whenever he touched them, he asked his mom why it was happening. She immediately answered static electricity. When he tried to explain that he knew it wasn't static she changed her story saying instead that his father used him as a lightning rod during a bad storm and he happened to be hit by a strong bolt. And for some reason he believed that story... Now... nine years later, he's found he can do more than shock people. He can talk to fish. He thought about asking his mother how something like that could be possible, but he doesn't think he'd get a straight answer. He's beginning to think she's keeping something from him.

"I tell the sea secrets. I spill out all the things locked deep inside me that I can't say to anyone else. And I know it listens to me. I can't explain how or why, but it listens and it understands." Seventeen-year-old Lennon has always lived by the water with his eccentric mother in Melwyn Bay. He is inexplicably drawn to the ocean (despite nearly drowning in it many years ago) and often swims out to an offshore grotto so he can talk aloud to the waves. The ocean never judges him for the emotion he keeps bottled up in everyday life. Like the fact he wants to stay in Melwyn Bay rather than leave for University. Or how he doesn't know who is father is or have any idea where he comes from. Or the fact his best friend Keiko seems to have a crush on him, whereas he is much more interested in the cute new boy in town... One emotional evening, as he hides away in the grotto, another teenage boy washes up on the rock, naked and confused. His name is Kye and not only does he seem to recognise Lennon, but he is clutching a note with his home address written on it. Perhaps someone besides the sea has been listening to Lennon all along. Someone from a place beyond his or anyone's wildest imagination. And as Lennon and Kye's two worlds collide, in a most beautiful and dangerous way, nothing will ever be the same again... --- COVER: By-gozi-
