In the beginning there were seven Gods who lived on earth with mortals bestowing knowledge onto them and leaving light and ascension in their path. This lasted for thousands of years until the gods of Fire and Water fell in love. A child was born to the two who showed great talent, for she was able to mix together the opposite elements. When the other gods learned of the child's existence she was immediately sentenced to death by the Ethereal god. As the millenniums past and the two are reborn the gods were sent into hiding from their human counter parts. Seven powerful houses were created in their names that became groups leading the resistance against humans. Seven mafia families were born.
