I made my way to the packhouse as if an invisible hand was pulling me with urgency, manoeuvring us through the labyrinth of stairs and corridors until finally releasing its rough hold. And then I saw him. Zuriel Kane, Alpha to the Night Walker Pack. Sitting so casually on my leather couch as if he was soothed by the cold material, a douting look in his blue eyes as they shone down at the small figure sitting beside him. I stayed there watching silently longer than maybe I should have, feeling my heart fill with glee as I watched the two of them beam at each other. Their conversation was that of comfort and introduction but the familiarity which shone through their soft words was old, like distant friends finding each other again. I listened to every calmly spoken word, letting the smooth tone of his voice wash over me, filling me with a great sense of yearning. His smell intoxicated me and unintentionally I felt my heart react and flutter to the sensation as I shamelessly looked over his muscular build, the sharp line of his jaw and the broad shape of his hard shoulders. "Yeh Mama is very protective over the pack." I heard my pup exclaim proudly, causing me to painfully break out of my admiration and assume my natural position in the doorway. I am an Alpha after all. "Mama?" As if suddenly becoming aware of my looming figure his head snapped to the door where I stood, his eyes shamelessly widening as they took me in. I didn't try to conceal my smile, it was one of confidence and pride and if anyone thought it was unwarranted I will gladly invite them to my pack to prove to them just how wrong they truly were. "That would be me." ----- In a world where bastards don't receive the Moon Goddesses' gift of a mate, how can Coraline explain what she feels for someone she cannot have? ---- Ranking #: #13- Feminism #24 - Separated #25 - ReadForRead #54 - New Book WARNING: SEX, VIOLENCE, TORTURE, AND DEATH ARE ALL INCLUDED IN THIS STORY.

When her family and most of her pack were murdered, she ran. She felt like a coward. Captured by a neighboring pack, she was forced into slavery until her mate came to see the Alpha who had imprisoned her. She had heard rumors about him and the strength of his pack. Fear dominated her thoughts as she wondered if there would be any place for a wounded and cowardly slave among them and if she could ever prove herself worthy of being their Luna. Would she ever find herself again after the trauma she'd endured? Would she find hope within a new pack? Would she ever find out the truth about the night her family was killed?

*Book one in the Hell's Company series* Lucifer was the brightest angel in Heaven, But in service of God, he was condemned to darkness. After thousands of years, the darkness took root inside him. ~ Ammi is a flame no one can extinguish Forged from God's holy fire to combat his darkness. A gift made for Lucifer. ~ He clucked his tongue disparagingly, shaking his head, "Tell me your full name." I groaned, running a hand down my face. "Fine. But I'm not explaining it to you." His face told me that I would if he wanted me to, but I soldiered on. "My full first name is Amirykal. Happy?" I muttered. His reaction took me completely by surprise. He blinked slowly at first, processing, then his face split into a wide grin and he threw back his head and laughed uproariously. I was hit with a wave of arousal at the sound of it-it was rumbling and husky, heating me up at the core. "What's so funny?" I grumbled, sure he was laughing at my expense. He looked down, that gorgeous grin still on his chiseled face, showcasing his lovely white teeth. "Oh, Kitten. Your name, Amirykal, do you know its meaning?" He asked, his voice sensual and erotic as he spoke my name. "No-I was found with that name." I answered struggling to keep my voice even as he slowly approached, like a predator would his prey. "Well, Love, I'll tell you. Amirykal means 'gift', or, more exactly, 'a gift from God'." He purred as he got closer and closer, so there was barely a foot between us. "And why is that funny?" I had a very hard time focusing on the conversation at hand with him at this proximity, using that lovely tone. "Because, Amirykal, I am Lucifer. And God made you to be mine." *HIGHEST RANKS*: #1 in Paranormal #2 in Supernatural #7 in Werewolf* *Takes many liberties on Biblical stories and has graphic violence and adult content. Please do not read if such things offend you.*

BOOK TWO in the STEAMY FORBIDDEN ROMANCE series -- please read BOOK ONE, Illicit, before proceeding with this novel! Coralie Watson, now living in NYC to focus on her singer/songwriter career, has landed herself in quite the predicament. Stuck in a long-distance relationship with heart-throb Michael, she gets swept into an affair with none other than Ryan--the dreamy hunk from her past who is now magically available to her, exclusively. But the universe isn't done throwing her past at her and tempting her with explicit desires. As she tries to figure out how to break-up with Michael--with Ryan's insistent urging--another previous lover resurfaces. And his way with words and otherworldly eyes and taste for thrills steals her breath away, tugging her far from Ryan, and farther still from Michael. This newcomer offers nothing but a drink to catch up--but Coralie is all too familiar with this tune. Yet her gut instinct is to accept, to meet with him for good old time's sake. How does the expression go again? Oh, right--what's the harm in that? ♥♥♥ This is a work of FICTION. It will have fairly explicit language & sexual content (but I'll put warnings at the top of those chapters, in case those make you uncomfortable--though, hey, YOU CAME BACK FOR THAT, DIDN'T YOU?!)

**WATTPAD HQ EDITOR'S PICK Nov/Dec 2021** BOOK ONE in the STEAMY FORBIDDEN ROMANCE series Coralie Watson, a British thirty-year-old living in San Francisco, has a tormented past with men. Physical and mental abuse, abandonment issues, incompatibility--she feels like she just can't win, and constantly swears to herself that she'll remain single so she can focus on her burgeoning singing/songwriting career. After twelve years in the United States, she often regrets leaving London, her friends, her habits, and dreams of what life might have been like had she not moved. As she slowly settles into a new routine--and has, so far, kept her vow to stay celibate--her past refuses to give her a break. As she reencounters a former boss she'd had a crush on, someone else resurfaces into her life after many years of silence--a boy she met at fifteen, that she'd had deep feelings for. But now he's all grown-up and irresistibly handsome. She always considered him the "one that got away", and is shocked when he confesses he feels the same way about her. The problem? He's a successful business man who can't afford a scandal, he's married to a supermodel wife, and has two beautiful daughters. Yet none of that seems to stop him from making Coralie promise that next time she's in London, they need to meet and catch up... What's the harm in that? ♥♥♥ This is a work of FICTION. It will have fairly explicit language & sexual content (but I'll put warnings at the top of those chapters, in case those make you uncomfortable--though, hey, YOU CAME HERE FOR THAT, DIDN'T YOU?!)

I never pitied anyone, because the grass wasn't greener on this side either. But the one woman I felt bad for all my life was the unknown mate of the man who is getting engaged to his pregnant girlfriend today. I could hear the music coming from the engagement party happening a few yards from where I was. As I lay on the cold hospital bed, I didn't know if I should laugh or cry at the irony of the moon goddess's 'gift' for me. Turns out the woman I pitied all my life was ME. ________
