The Novaks lock him away in a sanitarium to insure proper care and his safety. Years and years pass, he never gets to leave, he was hidden from the world and all it's dangers. Cursed at the age of five, doomed to live in the shadows in the east wing. . Dean, the boy of Mary Winchester, who was a nurse. He was a troubled kid, even hung out in a gang and would cause mischief around, soon sneaks into the east wing late one night and comes face to face with the mummified boy, but what little he could see, sparked a curiosity in him. He's seen every patient wonder around here, but never him. This one was different. A boy his age, locked away? . Dean was so much more dangerous than the sun, and Castiel, deemed: a delegate butterfly. Dean visited him and helped Castiel get outside again, they became friends but the two realized as they grew up, it was deeper than just a friendship. This reckless bad boy with a roughness edge who spent his life, crushing things for fun and the butterfly... were falling in love.
