Two worlds, once completely seperate, now forever connected by one gate. This gate is connected by an ancient bridge. A bridge whose builder is unknown and posseses no clue to it's true purpose. And now, because of that bridge......the worlds of Science and Magic have been irreversibly intertwined. It's an exciting time for Mikoto and her friends at Fairy Tail. The Grand Magic games have begun once again, and Mikoto will be participating. However, little does she know that the scientist known as Gensei Kihara intends to turn these games into another oppertunity to begin another level 6 shift experiment. An experiment which once again centers around the Railgun herself. Meanwhile, Accelerator and Touma Kamijou find themselves working with a man called Jellal. Their mission, to find the spies from Hydra Head who have supposedly infiltrated the games. But as they investigate further, they find themselves sinking deeper and deeper into a mud hole even a Wizard Saint can't crawl out of.

After Mikoto sacrificed herself to save everyone from Zant and his dark master Diablo. Her Fluctlight has been trapped in Zant's place of origin. The game Hyrule Online. Kirito swears to save her, and along with Yui and Midna, they dive into the game in search of her while the 7 Kings of Pure Color finally begin the debate of an alliance, all except for White Cosmos of course. Kirito finds Mikoto.. however, he finds that Mikoto has once more had her memories taken away.. and what is worse, she has been given false ones tricking her into believing that she has lived in HYO all her life as an AI.. Can Kirito bring back Mikoto's memory? Or will she be stuck in a false reality forever?

Academy City. A city comprised of colleges, high schools, middle schools, and elementary schools all designed to develop and create espers. However there is a darker side to this City. After their battle with Hydra Head ripped them from the dimension of magic, Mikoto Misaka finds herself home, and her fellow Fairy Tail guild members find themselves in an unfamiliar world of science. As Mikoto's friends try to adjust to this new world, Natsu finds himself meeting a man named Stiyl Magnus, a magician from an organization called Necessarius. Soon the Fairy Tail mages find themselves wrapped up in a new kind of magic with a strange little girl named Index at the center. Now, If Mikoto and her friends wish to survive the coming storm, they must battle a newly resurrected from the dead Grimoire Heart. The problem is.......Grimoire Heart aren't the only ones after Index.

Academy City. A city of science, of fact and powers. Here, humans can come to develop supernatural powers of their own and become Espers. Mikoto Misaka is the 3rd most powerful esper.. however, she currently feels powerless to help her friend Asuna, who is still stuck in the virtual world, created by the mad man Kayabe. Along with her friend Touma Kamijou and Kazuto Kirigaya, she plans to go back into the virtual world to rescue her friend.. however, the IRL dangers are multiplying. Powerful espers are taking interest in the world of swords and magic.. and it's creating quite a ruckus.

"I don't do stupid little Fairy Games." That's what Accelerator would say every time Last Order begged him to play Alfheim Online with her. But the truth of the matter was, Accelerator wasn't that kind of gamer. Heck, he didn't even play video games. Then a friend of his Shino Asada, asked him. "What if the game was about steam punk themes and automatic weapons? And what if you get a big fat pay check for playing?" Accelerator then grinned and said. "Well.. sounds a bit too good to be true, what's the catch?" The catch? Well.. it had one name: Death Gun.

One bright sunny day, Mikoto Misaka and her cousin Shino Asada decided to meet their friends Kazuto and Asuna at a diner in Academy City. While there, they are attacked by a mysterious magician named Vento of The Front, who gives them a cryptic warning about something called Alicization.. moments after avoiding the attack.. Kirito is assaulted by a former member of Laughing Coffin who took part in the Death Gun incident. In a heated moment, Mikoto jumps in front of Kirito.. taking a needle full of drugs to the chest.. in a frantic attempt to save her, both Kazuto and Shino end up drugged as well.. and Asuna is left frantically calling paramedics as her 3 friends begin to slowly slip away.. A whole new world is then opened up.. a new virtual world.. known as the Underworld..

Mikoto, Sinon and Kirito have been living in the Underworld for 2 years now. Both Kirito and Mikoto, along with Eugeo, have become Elite Sword Masters each with their own Valet. Kirito has obtained his sword from the Gigas Cedar, the Night Sky Sword, while Mikoto has obtained the River Spirit Sword and dual wields it along with her Master Sword. Sinon in the meantime, has joined the Archery Corps. When Mikoto's Valet, Stella, discovers a dark secret that nearly costs her life, Mikoto and Sinon decide to head out to investigate.. In the process they discover an entire armada of Viros swarming out of a strange portal near the goblin territories. Meanwhile, in the real world, Accelerator and Asuna find themselves in a massive battle against the forces of God's Right Seat and secret forces from the Japanese Government, all of whom seem to be interested in Kazuto, Mikoto, and Shino.. And even stranger still, a dark figure seeks to find the Brain Burst Program, and develop something with it.. The world of Railgun Online is becoming larger still, and there's no telling where it might lead

She awakens.. naked.. afraid.. confused.. within a large transparent pod.. She feels cold.. shivering and wet as the cryogenic sleep wears off.. "K-Kirito?.... S-Sinon..? A-Asuna...? Touma!?" She calls out the names of her friends one by one.. hitting the inside of the pod with her fists. "Anybody!?" She then notices something strange around her neck.. small. not a collar.. as it goes around the back of her neck, not completely around.. using her reflection in the pod.. she reads the brand name.. "Neuro Linker.." She pushes open the door of the pod.. and falls into a desolate looking abandoned lab.. where is she? Or perhaps a more accurate question should be... WHEN is she?
