Izzie moves to Mystic Falls with her girlfriend, Casey Gardener, after finding out that Izzie is a witch, and Casey is a Hybrid, a witch and vampire. Lizzie Saltzman has a crush on Hope Mikealson for a while now and always denied it when her twin would always ask about it. But, why she doesn't know is that Hope has a crush on her too.
