After his mom realising she had no way to protect him, she turned to abuse as her way of controlling things. Eddie did nothing but push himself away from the losers. "What are you?" The boy glared at them, a scent of raw meat and lavender surrounding him. He refused to speak, kicking the chain secured around his leg irritably. "Is she trying to protect you from the outside?" Richie tried again, hoping for a response. Surprisingly, the boy perked up. He still looked angry, but he didn't stay quiet.
