Spinel returns to Earth to visit Steven for a month. She realizes that she has a crush on the savior of the galaxy and decides to confess after he seems to share similar signs. They end up becoming official, but Connie isn't too joyous about their upbringing. She runs off and temporarily gives Steven the silent treatment. Besides dates, cuddles, and emotional conversations, Steven and Spinel have a whole new problem awaiting them when they get a message from a gem saying that White Diamond is wreaking havoc on Homeworld. Unbeknownst to them, they will be facing a threat greater than the Diamonds themselves.
