Toyohira Hisui is a girl who couldn't care less about anything outside of her own world, which consists of what anime to watch and what she should eat. This lion-hearted yet slightly block-headed girl somehow became the manager for Kaijou's basketball team. She is forced out of her world because these blue elites are keeping her busy!
