Be silent. Unless your voice is needed. Keep your sunglasses on. You trip and hurt yourself too much. Stay inside at all times when not with the band. You are not permitted to go anywhere without us. Do not confirm or deny specific questions about yourself. And lastly, you know absolutely none of their language. Five months before his high school graduation ceremony, Teller Zan's grandmother, the only person who's ever bothered to raise him, falls ill. With little money saved up, and the hospital bills coming in steadily, Teller decides to quit school and find some way to support himself and his ailing grandmother. He finds a way. A job, of sorts. Teller knew that he had somewhat of a talent, but he hadn't known how much it could be worth until he stumbled upon an audition. When he passes, he finds out that his skill is worth more than enough money to help his grandmother... but was it worth the sacrifices he'd have to make?

(Book Two of Experiment Number 7218. Do not read this summary or book if you have not read Book One) I listen closely through the static on the radio, trying to hear the emergency broadcasting message. An electronic voice repeated over and over, "This message is transmitted to you through the North Carolina Police Department. It is advised to stay indoors and to remain inside if at all possible. Have enough food for one to two weeks. Do not come in contact with anyone outside of your household. This message is transmitted to you through the North Carolina Police Department." I scoff to myself. I know this will not be over in a mere two weeks. - - - - - Terminar; The Latin word for Terminate. Definition: To bring to an end. Brittany Slater was free. She had finally escaped the island that she now calls Hell. But there were so many loose ends. Why had her father destroyed all of his research? His factory? His life's work? Why had he given her a chance to live? Well, she got her answer. Upon arriving to North Carolina, she was thrown right back into Hell on Earth. Grounders, Savages, what were once innocent people, they now all roam free. Her father told her the Experiment was over, and he was right. It was time for the Project to begin. To take effect. And no one could stop him. He'd turned the world into a pyramid, and he put himself and his own government on top. He'd activated Project Terminar. All I can hear is the loud ring of silence. It's broken only once a day, when a small portion meal comes through a slot that is immediately sealed after. It's dark. Nothing but black. I lost count of the days at 127. I don't know where I am, I've only heard one thing. I overheard them say, "The North field was over ran, it's complete chaos over there. These will take an extensive amount of time to get to." I can only assume she meant me when she said "These." ----- I was fourteen. I hadn't even shifted into my Wolf yet. Our Pack house was invaded by... them. I don't know who they are, I don't know what they want. All I can conclude is that, I guess, we're being used for something. Although I hate the silence, I dread the day that that large silver chamber door will open.
