Good Karma Hospital Fanfic 11/2019 Author note - I do not own the characters of this ITV show. They belong to Dan Sefton. It is all made up from my mind - my story ideas; I am just taking these characters for a fanfic joy ride. ;-) This whole fan story is set between Series 2, Series 3 and soon Series 4. Ruby and Gabriel are still together (on and off as usual) but expecting. Greg and Tommy are running the bar at McDonell's Beach. Lydia and Ram still run the hospital. AJ is still a medical student who has a new love life - Tommy and Ben. I have ideas of patients and injuries but no idea of medical terms and stuff - I am not a medical doctor but I work in nursing profession. I am keeping this PG rated. Enjoy.
