Love has the power to heal the deepest wounds. #ElvenKingsNeedLoveToo Set during Lord of the Rings. Thranduil/OC Thranduil's not afraid to do whatever necessary to push back the darkness threatening his forest. The hands of the king have the power to heal, but will it be enough to save his kingdom...and himself? This story will have romance, adventure, friendship, angst, and a lot of dwarves generally misbehaving. Written by an author who has read ALL the books and seen the movies. Story will follow book canon, not necessarily some of the things that PJ added to the movies. Beautiful cover art by the talented Kimberly80 on deviantart.

Saria Baggins is half human, half dwarf and has spent as much of her life as she can remember living in the Shire. A place she is thankful for, but eager to leave; always dreaming of living one of the adventures she has spent her life reading about in books. She has no friends other than Bilbo Baggins, and she would leave in a heartbeat if the opportunity were ever to present itself. Her father was killed in battle when she was fifty years old. Given that she has the longer life of the dwarves, she looked to all to be a young teenager. No one would take her seriously, but her good friend Bilbo Baggins made the courageous decision to adopt her. He needed someone to leave his home to, and they had been friends his entire life, though she is fifteen years his senior. One day, a strange wizard arrives at Bag-end, and offers Bilbo a chance to join him on an adventure. Much to Saria's dismay he declines. He returns later with a company of dwarves on a quest to reclaim a lost homeland. They asked Bilbo to join them, and help them, but he refuses. So Saria volunteers to go in his place. Though many of the dwarves are skeptical, it becomes obvious very quickly that she is more than capable of taking care of herself. As the quest continues, Saria proves herself a true asset several times over, she also grows very close to a certain blond Dwarf prince, but unfortunately they simply do not have the option of a fairy-tale love story. The road they walk is a perilous one, they balance on the edge of a knife. One wrong move will mean death for the entire company. When they find themselves back in Erebor, his uncle's dragon sickness will force them to make impossible choices; and there is a war brewing. Will they be able to bring everyone together and save their people? Or will it cost them everything? Including each other?

Scarlet has it all-status, money & a loving quarterback boyfriend. Why then can she not keep her eyes off Elijah, the school's outcast hiding a dangerous secret? ***** Scarlet Tucker attends Royal Eastwood High: a high school where money determines social status. But more and more, Scarlet feels disenchanted with her life and her friends. She wants more than the superficial conversations they have--she wants to be heard. When Scarlet runs into Elijah Black, the school's most bullied outcast, not only is she mesmerized by his kindness, good looks, and his ability to listen, but sparks fly, ones that neither of them can control. Scarlet can sense, however, that Elijah is hiding a dark secret. What she unearths is even wilder than she could have imagined. And soon, their lives are dangerously intertwined in a race against time. Can they both survive and make it out alive? One decision made differently - as the Three Hunters chase after the orcs who have captured Merry and Pippin, they run through that second night rather than rest -- and everything changes. Well, not everything. They're merely captured by the orcs like Merry and Pippin. Not in the plan. One decision changed doesn't change one's destiny, however. How each of them is to reach the fate destiny has in store for them is a bit peskier, though... In this AU story, Aragorn, Legolas, and Gimli are captured by the orcs trekking across Rohan and struggle to return to their task. There's action and adventure, suspense, not too much angst, and hopefully an enjoyable story for all. Feedback is welcome! This story won First Place in the MEFA Awards! Thanks as ever to the tireless beta, Thundera Tiger!

Highest ranking: #1 in Teen Fiction -- "Sunshine, what guy do you know has a weird fetish with sign language?" She's the aftermath of a high school party nightmare. Tragedy robbed her of her innocence and stole her voice before she had the chance to speak out. The court called her a liar, and the guilty was set free. Now memories plague her mind and trap her in solitude. She was forced to learn sign language, struggling to find a way to voice her silence. He's the definition of the boy she tried to stay away from. The epitome of harsh rumors and hopeless fantasies. The source of lies and blame. He's analyzed, misunderstood, and utterly mysterious. And he may be the one to find her voice. When they meet, she gets accustomed to his arrogance and he gets accustomed to her silence. An essay is what brings them together, but what happens when he starts asking too many questions? Will her past continue to drag her down, or will he save her? Fate has a funny way of bringing people together, but it doesn't always work how it's supposed to. *different summary inside* "Perfect amount of tragedy, humor, and romance!" -Sparkles530 "I feel like I learned a lot from your story, thank you." - 980Sarah "This book is beautifully written. Thank you for sharing it on Wattpad." -AKRathan "I just want to say that Silently Falling was one of the best books I've ever read. It's so beautiful and heartwarming and the way you described the progress of their relationship was beautiful." -Rafyrofy "Perfect ending." -TaylorxTaterxTot COVER: Ensurel

Fili and Kili Love their uncle Thorin, but Thorin is lost in his love for another. When this causes Thorin to betray his nephews, the lives of the two young dwarves are thrown into chaos, and they are left alone and in a dire situation. When they meet Thorin again, years later as he begins his quest, will they be able to forgive him, or will they let their anger and bitterness rule them. Very much a Fili against the world story.

"I don't want you to mark me" I said quickly. "Why?" he asked me, his tone seemed calm but i knew he was far from it. "I have a commitment towards my pack" I told him, hoping he'll understand but to my astonishment his eyes were dark now and he held his palms in a tight fist. "You are my mate Templar, you belong to my pack" he said in a condescending tone. My blood boiled at the tone he was using with me. Nobody talks to me like that. Nobody. "Do not use that tone with me, Everett. You are not my Alpha, I respond to-" none, i was about to say, but had to bite my tongue to change that. I was not ready to tell him that I'm the sole White Shifter, not ready to tell him I'm The Alpha of my pack. So i lied, again.
