I held back my tears and looked him straight in the eyes. I ignored the fact that he seemed shocked by his own action. He was frozen in his place staring at me. "It wasn't just the party....it was our anniversary." I whispered quietly but loud enough for him to hear. I couldn't help the tear that escaped and rolled down my cheek. I didn't wanna cry in front of him. I put my hands in my pocket and pulled out the little red box that I wanted to give him. I threw the box at him ignoring his shocked expression.
