Billie offers to help her but Elle dismisses Billie And leaves the shop in even more stressed than she was to begin with, but little did she know she was going to see the 17 year old dark blue haired girl again later on. I'm pretty bad at descriptions of books but I tried my best. You can imagine yourself as Elle if you'd like. No copywriting.
