Now on a new planet, far away and unrecognizable as the earth is, the US government decided to explore this whole new planet and what lies in it along with it there is something evil ruling this planet with its tyrannical regime. He and the United Terran government, alongside International Consortium Companies, created a "Novus Ordo Project" for the prosperity of the people of United Terran and the natives in the world. Despite his best attempts at diplomacy and economic approach, the arrogance and hostility of the natives prove to be an unnavigable barrier. War is the only alternative. "si vis pacem, para bellum," "If you want peace, prepare for the war." What are the policies of the United Terran in the new world? How did they survive in a world infested with magic that defied the science law? What magical wonders will its adventurous citizens find? Can they become a "New World Order" in the new world? One of them is Japan as it holds the rare minerals that can be used as energy source known as Sakuradite, which is a reason from Britannia to wage war on Japan and become Area 11. It also that discrimination, oppression, and even slavery is something that Xavier Salvador won't ignore anymore. Now, the Salvatians has come to declare war on each 3 major superpower nations, most notably the Holy Britannian Empire as the war will be both liberation and retaliation.

This story takes place in a fantasy world where demons, humans, and faunus (humans with animal qualities) fight for survival. A world where the rifle is shunned in favour for the sword and sheild. The Visean kingdom has recently defeated the Demon Queendom in a war and has secured a large amount of territory and also allowing other kingdoms to form such as the Empire of Japan with its famous samurai and the Spartan Kingdom with its legendary Spartan warriors. The king of the Visea kingdom was not a nice man. He had 4 sons. 3 were skilled warriors. However, the eldest, William, was looked down upon. While he was proficient as a sword, he served as a strategist for the Kingdom's armies. While the people loved him most of his family despised him. Therefore his father disowned him and exiled him to a distant village. Separated from the Kingdom as a separate country William saw this as an opportunity to build this village into a great empire. And on his journey he will bring concepts and ideas from his own world together. He will meet many people on this journey of revenge. And who knows maybe he will find love along the way?
