They use their power and popularity to get what they want. Endeavor uses Hawks as a punching bag and the hero agency refuses to do anything because it could destroy the people's belief in Heroes. When Hawks gets ordered to be a double agent he accepts the job. He accepts because of his hatred against Endeavor. He will become the avenging angel against the corrupt heroes. "Tell me," Hawks' voice is like honey- smooth and almost sickly sweet, "What do you like about me the most?" Dabi can see that shit eating grin, even if he wasn't looking at the hero- the smugness dripping off of that question is nearly enough to make him drown. For a fleeting heartbeat, Dabi mulls over how it would feel to drown in a vat of honey. He concludes that it couldn't be the worst way to go.

After a drunken kiss, Hawks and Endeavor begin a fling. Enji is afraid of getting attached or hurting Hawks so he places a set of rules on their situation. However he soon realizes that he's falling for the Winged Hero and needs to break his own rules. I literally wrote this in one night so if it's shitty then oh well. Smut, fluff, and a bit of angst. Nothing surrounding us mattered. My brother could come running towards us standing in flames and I'd still need to be slapped some sense into before I would react. Hawk's smile grew a bit, but stayed soft. "If I become a pro hero, you'll be one too. Let's... be heroes together. Like a duo or something... Like partners. You have crimson hair and I have crimson wings. It would fit so well." I smiled brighter at him. The thought of growing up and becoming heroes with him made me so happy. - But things can change so fast. Someone can become a completely new person in only a few years. Two childhood "friends" meet after many years again and realize that their feelings for each other haven't faded at all. But can a villain and a hero really be together or are they destined to fall apart?
