He clucked his tongue. "A man like that has clearly never been in love. Someone needs to get through to his icy heart."
"Who would try?"
"Someone he tries with, too. If he lets himself, he'll fall in love and stop blocking himself off from the world. Until then, don't let him get you down, okay? Don't let his negativity affect you."
Blaine Anderson is a famous director. He gets work done, he's no-nonsense, and he has quite a temper.
Kurt Hummel is a makeup artist and complete sweetheart, but that's not the only side of him. 
Meeting someone while they'd bad-mouthing you isn't exactly considered a good first impression, but it was exactly what Blaine needed: a wakeup call. The fact that it came from the most attractive man he'd ever met didn't hurt.
He sighed. "Can't we talk about him later?"
"'Him?'"
"Don't worry about it."
But it isn't all smooth sailing after Blaine's heart is melted.
