Hey, Adrian here. If I had to describe life in a nutshell, I'd say it's a diminished 7th chord. Translation for you non-musicians out there: it's pretty fucked up. You'd think that getting into Juilliard for the instrument I love would be perfect, right? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA No. To grossly oversimplify, college life is rather frantic. For instance: classes are a HUUGE commitment and eat up your time, your repertoire must grow exponentially, rent is slowly driving you insane, and, to top it all off, there's at least a 60% chance of having an existential crisis that leads you to do things you'll probably regret. In case you haven't noticed, I'm part of that 60%. I try to make things work out, but they only end up getting worse. Things get darker and darker for me as the semester goes on, but then I meet HIM, and some light finally enters the abyss of my life. How cliche, right?
