She lives in the prison with the "group" and takes care of the baby. She doesn't talk much. Meet Daryl Dixon: a survivor. He lives in the prison with the "group" and is a fighter. He fights for his life and the others around him. What happens when both of their lives collide? What will change? And who will still survive the apolypse?

This is gonna be kind of gradual and show the build-up to a Beth/Daryl relationship, and how it ties in with the events on the show thus far. (With some stuff changed.) Its kind of messy but I hope you enjoy!

Daryl and Beth get stuck together after the prison is attacked. Beth doesn't know anything about Daryl except for that she has over heard multiple people say that he is a complete and total asshole. Daryl isn't that kind of guy is he?Daryl surprises Beth....and himself at how much he'll put his life on the line for her. Has Beth made him turn a corner in his life? Will he learn how to love? ( I know the description is cheesy but I promise the book itself is better.:) )

A virus has taken over, turning the dead into flesh eating monsters. Beth has been on her own for two years, after getting separated from her little brother. When she meets Rick and his group, she thinks that it might be a way to start over. But she can do anything but that. Daryl, a cocky, good looking redneck is determined to get under her skin, but still be able to protect her. Beth is torn between choosing the right thing to do, or fall in love,which will lead to a certain death. All she knows is that she must fight the dead, and fear the living.
