Countries have gathered in America's capital, Washington D.C., for a world meeting where they are attempting to actually help the world and not try to murder each other over centuries-old grudges. So you know an average world meeting? However, who are these girls who ran in and why are they calling America, 'papa'?

Alfred F. Jones the personified version of America has to introduce the entire world to his States in order to maintain a peaceful and trustful environment between him and the other countries. While introductions are on the way more conflicts rise up between the states themselves of course what can you expect from 50 teenagers. The countries were very confused and now everyone wants answers. Russia finds out that he's having to share a dorm room with the one and only America, a country that's too loud, too excited, and too touchy for Russia's taste. However, America isn't as happy as he always seems, but Russia doesn't want to play therapist for the other country as he deals with issues of his own.
