By no logical reason would Logan (logic) and Patton (Morality) ever be considered friends let alone anything more than that. In high school people stick to their own groups: nerds or geeks, jocks, musicians, artists, skateboarders, you name it! Nobody ever breaks form their group and mingles with another. Logan is one said geek, although, he never really talks to others much and would much prefer to be reading or conducting one of his many experiments. Patton is one of, if not the, nicest kid in school. He's the one always sitting at the long table at lunch happily asking you to donate your extra change to whatever charity was decided for that day. He only had a few close friends, but people tend to flock to him because of his cheerful personality. What happens when these two completely opposite people start to spend some time together? A new era has dawned on Roman's kingdom, one that's he feels he's not entirely prepared for. He's used to riding horses into the sunset and attending balls while hoping he won't be forced into an arranged marriage, but now he's expected to learn about dragons and what it takes to ride one. He'll have to do that with the help of the new stable boy that was brought in to teach the other stable workers how to maintain the magnificent winged beasts, who unfortunately hates royalty. Not everything goes to plan when the two develop feelings for one another. This book is completed.

Roman is a fifth year student at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. He's a carefree young Gryffindor with Quidditch skills to die for and good looks that get him many admirers. Yes, he can certainly sweep anyone off their feet, but when a new student arrives all dark and mysterious, he just might find himself being the one getting swept away.
