Its a poem about loving someone who doesn't really love you back. They hurt you but still you love them. Hence the reason why you hate that you love them, because you can't stop loving them even if they stop loving you.

Jennifer has a heart problem she doesn't know about, her life is a crazy mess, until she meets this guy she didn't think it could get any wilder, will she survive going through all this? ... Her life was already chaos but now just meeting a few people has turned it upside down. Now going through love and lies, It seems she doesn't know really anything about her life.
