“I want to know how they survived, what vital information we’re missing. I want them found and brought here as soon as possible, and we’re not going to stop until we figure out what gave them the ability to walk this Earth with the rest of us. I swear it.” -_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_- They believed it was over. That their lives could return to normal at long last. But that’s the thing about the past… it always finds a way to come back and haunt you. Not long after the Cube members return to Earth for the second time, problems begin to arise once more. Upon discovering codes mixed in with human DNA, Pixel’s creators are on the hunt for the ‘Artificial Intelligences’ that they sealed long ago, wanting to capture what they believe to be theirs; putting the life of the friend that just returned to the group at risk. And the scientists will use any means to retrieve what they’re searching for. Struggling to keep their past a mystery and Grape’s secret safe, the Cube members barely register when their own powers start going haywire, endangering the alibi they’ve been working so hard to construct. Slowly, they find themselves being torn apart, all the while trying desperately to put their experiences in Pixel behind them. But there’s a greater force at work; and it’s content to simply wait, biding its time until it’s all that’s left…

Nancy Pang doesn't have a clue what love is. All she knows is that it's not going to help her win the Junior Mathematics Tournament, or get her into Harvard, or do anything except disrupt her college-prep life. Love is also not the solution to her brother's post-college problems, or her parents' constant fighting...(okay, maybe it is). And love certainly won't solve the issue of that annoying Alexander Lin who beats her in looks, popularity, AND intelligence. Unfortunately for Nancy, love is in the air whether she likes it or not. [Sequel to 'Heroes Deep Within' but can be read alone] Chicklit #6 on 5/27/15 *Beautiful cover by rancorr!

Keegan's the type of guy that's afraid to steal his neighbor's Wi-Fi. And in a city overrun with hunky new superheroes with more to hide than just their identities, crazy science teachers threatening to end all life on earth and, well, parents, that might not be the best character trait to have. Mix in the fact that there's a new villain who is as cunning as he is photogenic, a health hazardous best friend and having a massive-not-a-crush on a guy who doesn't even know you have superpowers and this may be the most awkward junior year of high school in history.

I have posted the first half of this book. The full version can be purchased in ebook or paperback formats on Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Apple iBooks, etc. The adventures continue with double the sneezes, wrinkles, and slobber… I am not an ordinary pug. I have the wrinkles, smashed face, and curly tail of a pug, but the similarities stop there. Instead of sleeping or eating my days away, I prefer to gather acorns for my squirrel friend Squeaks, solve the mystery of the leaf pile, or hide bones throughout the house. Now I have a sister. Her name is Peach, and we tell our first adventures in this book. Meeting a giant mutant rabbit, hatching a plan to catch a pesky squirrel, and surviving a crab attack are some of our new adventures and antics. Kids and adults alike smile and laugh as they read about our adventures, and rumor has it that families are more likely to adopt a pug after reading any of my books. The world will be a better place with more wrinkles and curly tails in it! For more information on Zelda pug and her books, visit http://kristenotte.com/books/the-adventures-of-zelda-series/
