You know those stories where the girl the is good nerd and the boy is the towns bad ass or star athlete? Where the guy changes the girl from a nerd to a girl who can stand up for herself against her parents? And they finally fall for each other at the end of the story, and have a happy ending? How cliche is that? Well, if you're expecting a story like that, you can turn around and leave. Because in my life, there are no happy endings. There's no love, there's no guy sweeping me off my feet after he saves me from trouble. I'm not a Princess and there's no knight in shining armor who becomes my prince. I'm just Riley Kirby, the towns loneliest girl who gets in trouble a lot. And I like it that way.
