Tandy Chambers is very well known. She can be just as mean as her brother "Eyeball" Chambers, but can be just as sweet as her younger brother Chris Chambers. No one seems to notice how sweet Tandy is until she develops feeling towards a very underappreciated cobra.

Ace, Eyeball and the other cobras rule over Castle Rock each with the word cobra carved into their arm, an idea on how to take revenge on the boys who took away their chance at victory with Ray Bower and the desire to learn everything about these unique girls who have begun to tear their kingdom apart. Will the girls find and take back what was stolen? Will the cobras admit they've finally met their match? And will Vern ever stop using the word 'sincerely'?

The cobras ruled Castle Rock, with their fists and switchblades no-one dared cross them. Until the day came when a new gang moved in. Led by Wayne 'Chains' Fletcher, the constrictors became a force to be reckoned with, with their barbed wire and not so empty threats. Both gangs agreed to keep away from each other yet when Ace met Wayne's little sister Angel, paths began to cross and rivalry was born.
